Cancel conditions

In the event that your charter must be canceled due to weather conditions, including rain or sustained winds of 20 knots or more, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your booking. 

If rescheduling is not possible, we will charge a fixed service fee of €150 and refund the remaining balance of the payment.

 

For cancellations made more than 14 days prior to your scheduled charter, you will be entitled to a full refund of your deposit.

 

Please note, the service fee applies to cancellations that are outside of our control, such as weather conditions, to help cover administrative costs associated with the booking.
